The first appointment will be classified as an assessment. There is no cost for the assessment. Brevard Inventory Service will conduct a professional survey of your property. We will discuss with you what you would like to have included in the inventory and at what level of information you would like to provide to describe each of the individual items. We can be as general or as precise as you would like to be. An estimate for our services will be given at the end of the assessment. If an agreement is reached a contract will be completed with an agreed estimated cost. The actual cost will be determined by the amount of time to compete the documenting of the property.

- Duplicate Copies of Print-out and CD - $25.00/set
- Additional Hours to complete inventory - $35.00/hr.
- Business Inventories (Minimum 3 hours) - $100/hour

Collections, Memorabilia, Personal Belongs - $35.00/hr (This is on
top of standard pricing, if time
spent on collection causes total time to exceed estimates).
- Annual Inventory Update (Includes: 1 hour plus new reports & Data CD) - $99.00.
- Referral
Fee - $25.00 each. Each time you (as a current customer of Brevard
Inventory Service, LLC) refer a
new customer to us, you will receive a check for $25.00 upon
completion and full payment of the new account.
